How we handle information shared through our website, inquiries and requested text messages.

Who this notice covers

Beckersfield Business Solutions LLC (BBS) uses information to respond to business inquiries, arrange reviews and provide agreed services. This notice covers our website and inquiry communications. Client projects may require additional written data-handling terms.

Information we collect

When you contact us, submit a form or book a review, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, business name, email, optional phone number or website, business needs, appointment details and correspondence. Phone inquiries may include caller ID, a confirmed callback number, a summary and your texting preferences. If recording or transcription is used, we will provide any required notice and obtain any required permission.

Hosting, forms and communications providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser/device details, timestamps, security logs and delivery status. Embedded forms, scheduling features and external services may use cookies or similar technologies to operate.

If you submit our messaging widget, we collect the name, phone number and message you provide, together with available submission and messaging-permission records. The authorization notice is displayed before submission.

How we use information

  • Respond to your requested informational/transactional communications and send requested review or booking details.
  • Prepare and deliver business reviews and agreed services.
  • Maintain contact records, appointment history, consent and opt-out records.
  • Operate, secure and troubleshoot our website and communications.
  • Meet legal obligations and resolve disputes.

Please do not put passwords, payment-card details, government identifiers, health information or confidential third-party records in a general inquiry form.

Mobile information and SMS consent

We do not sell personal information. Mobile numbers and SMS permission records are not sold, rented or shared with other businesses or affiliates for advertising or promotional use. SMS opt-in data and consent are not disclosed for purposes unrelated to delivering the requested messaging service.

Messaging platforms, telecommunications carriers and delivery vendors may process the information needed to provide that service. Providing a phone number alone is not SMS consent. The messaging widget displays its authorization notice before submission; other collection channels require their own appropriate permission. This program does not enroll you in promotional texts. The planned phone-to-text option requires an affirmative response to the one-booking-link request and a confirmed number, and will remain inactive until registration and testing are complete. Service providers and other disclosures

We use providers for hosting, CRM, forms, scheduling, communications, email and assisted analysis. These include HighLevel/LeadConnector for website hosting, intake, scheduling and payment administration; Google for email and calendar services; and Stripe for payment processing. Existing BBS services may continue using Votel while migration is in progress. They may process information necessary for those functions. We may also disclose information when legally required, to protect rights or security, or as part of a business transfer subject to appropriate confidentiality protections. The restrictions on SMS marketing sharing above continue to apply.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, agreed service obligations, consent/opt-out records and applicable legal requirements. We use reasonable safeguards and limit access, but no transmission or storage system is completely secure. Deletion requests may be subject to legal retention, security, backup and suppression-record requirements.

Your choices and requests

Email [email protected] to request access, correction or deletion of information you supplied, or to ask about our practices. We may verify your identity before responding. We will consider requests and honor rights that apply under law. For SMS, reply STOP to opt out. Declining texts does not prevent you from using the website or requesting a review by email.

Cookies, tracking and outside links

You can manage cookies in your browser; blocking them may affect embedded services. The site does not currently implement a separate response to browser Do Not Track signals. Third-party embedded services may collect information under their own policies, including across services where applicable; we do not control their independent tracking. Links to other sites are governed by those sites' policies.

Children and policy updates

Our services are intended for business users and are not directed to children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child supplied personal information. We will post changes here with a revised effective date; material changes will be communicated when required.
